Mike Tyson to fight Roy Jones Jr in an 8-round exhibition

Mike Tyson will fight against Roy Jones Jr fifteen years after his last fight.

The fight between Iron Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr has been confirmed and would take place this year in California.

Tyson, 54, is making shock comebacks, and will fight Roy Jones Jr, 51, in an eight-round exhibition on September 12.

Both fighters are expected to wear headgear and use larger gloves.

Tyson hasn’t fought since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005 while Jones Jr, a four-weight world champion, won fights in 2017 and 2018 in what was his 75th pro fight.
