Mikel Arteta key as Dani Ceballos agrees Arsenal return

Dani Ceballos has agreed to return to Arsenal again on a season long loan from Real Madrid after he was reportedly convinced by Mikel Arteta.

The Spanish midfielder was said to be un-interested in a return loan deal to Arsenal but according to reports, a conversation with coach Mikel Arteta did the magic.

According to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Dani Ceballos even turned down three offers to commit to Arsenal after talks with Mikel Arteta.

The details of the deal is not knowing yet but all is said to be at an advance stage and agreement to be completed soon.

“Real Madrid midfielder has reportedly agreed to return to Arsenal on loan for the 2020-21 campaign,” said Fabrizio.

“Dani Ceballos is coming back to Arsenal on loan. Advanced talks and agreement to be completed soon.

“Arteta has called Ceballos to convince him – three bids turned down to come back to #AFC. Green light from Real Madrid soon.”

Dani Ceballos made 37 appearances for Arsenal last season, scoring twice and creating two more goals.
