Willian Borges could finally end his spell at Chelsea for a move to Barcelona instead of Arsenal.
The Brazilian winger who would be out of contract after Saturday’s FA Cup final against Arsenal could be on his way to Spain.
Chelsea and Willian have been in talks over contract renewal with no success as both parties have failed to reach an agreement.
Willian, 31, is willing to remain at Chelsea beyond this season only if the London club gives him a three-year-deal and a salary increment, but the Blues are not willing to meet his demands.
Chelsea, however, are willing to give him a two-year-deal but Willian who prefers to remain in London wants a three year deal.
The situation has opened door for other interested clubs such as Arsenal, Inter Miami and recently Barcelona who according to Sky Sports have offered Willian a three-year-deal.
