Lille 1 Leicester 2: Kelechi Iheanacho makes it 100% with a brace in Foxes win
Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho continued his goal scoring form has he scored all the goals for Leicester City in their 2-1 win against Lille in their last pre-season friendly match at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy on Saturday.
Kelechi Iheanacho scored either half to ensure that the Foxes ended their pre-season campaign with a win.
The hosts quickly took the lead in the foruth minites thorough Lebo Mothiba in the fourth minutes. A cross into the box found the striker after Leicester City captain, Morgan missed the ball.
The visitors rallied back and got an equalizer in the 34th minutes through Kelechi Iheanacho in he 34th minutes. The former City striker nodded in a ball to the bottom corner beyond Lille’s goalie for the equalizer.
At half time the scoreline ended 1-1 with the hosts properly supported by their fans doing everything possible to get the lead.
